• Marketing and placement of small Commercial Lines new business accounts
• Coordinating with Producer on marketing and placement of larger Commercial Lines accounts
• Day-to-day maintenance and servicing of assigned Commercial Lines accounts, including claims handling
• Maintaining a high level of client service and satisfaction
• Achieving agency account retention and individual new business goals as determined by management, through proactive account rounding, up selling of limits and coverages, and by providing extraordinary customer service
• Achieving agency new business goals
• Serving as a resource for agency associates as regards to coverages and agency operations
• All other duties as assigned
